However the standard Personal and Individual Plans are best for all those who reside within Canada and would like to call people who reside within Canada from time to time. The Long distances plans are suitable for all those people who reside in Canada, but will have to call people who live beyond your local area in Canada. According to the terms of this plan, you will have to pay $32 monthly and you will be allowed 200 minutes talk time for making local calls and 100 minutes talk time for making Canadian Long distance calls.
You may also opt for Canadian One Rate Plans. The business travelers, who make frequent long distance, calls in Canada and US can opt for these extensive plans. In such cases they charge you a subsidized local call rate instead of the general market rates. You may also opt for special evening and weekend rates with this plan if you want
The Blackberry Plan is best for you, if you use your BlackBerry handheld voice, mobile Internet and wireless e-mail. The plans are available at different prices. It offers three different options. For a monthly rate of $55, $75 and $90 you can speak for 250 minutes. You are also allowed an unlimited talk time during the evenings and the weekends with this plan. However there are some extra benefits with $75 and $90 plan.
Rogers Cell Phone Plans have also been designed for students. For high school students, there is a plan where you are charged $25 every month. You will get a talk time for 100 minutes during the week and 1000 minutes talk time during the weekends and evenings. In case of post secondary students, you will have to pay $45 every month. You will be allowed 450 minutes talk time (local call) during the week and unlimited local calls during the evenings and weekends.
